All doors are custom made and can be manufactured in Mahogany or Spanish Cedar. If you can dream it, we can make it.
Kiln Drying Process & Lumber Preperation:
The first stage is to prepare the lumber and remove all excess moisture contents, rough sawed lumber is then stacked on pallets seperating each layer to allow circulation of warm airflow, and lumber reaches it's final stage of dry kiln cycle of humidity contents (H.C.) 10-12% classfying this as a PERN H.L.A. standard prior to it's industrial process/
Manufacture & Production Process:
This includes selection of fine quality raw material dry kild wood, cut and color match pre-assemble ensuring at each stage strict quality control inspection by management in order to make sure that all doors are finished in the best of quality.
Packing & Shipping Of Doors And Frame:
Because our manufacturer and CUSTOM DOOR PRO, INC. provides a special emphasis and care in the logistics of shipping and handling of our one of a kind custom made doors.
Each finished product is carefully wrapped with cardboard and sheets of styrofoam, placed on pallets, and once again plastic wrapped to prevent damage during shipping on air flight or by sea.
Door Inspections:
As president, and owner of CUSTOM DOOR PRO, INC. I make shure that by visiting the manufacturer in South America, it allows me to confirm that all doors ship to the United States in compliance to Florida code approval.
